1. Who we are
Loov Company is a creative design and branding studio founded in 2019 (originally as Loov Creation) and rebranded to Loov Company in 2025. We provide branding and brand identity, graphic design, website and e-commerce development, printing solutions, digital and email marketing, AI video and poster creation, photography, videography and drone work, and mobile app development. We work with clients in India and internationally, including the United Kingdom, the UAE, Singapore, Malaysia, Spain and the United States. All correspondence reaches us at hello@loov.co.in.
2. Quotes and scope
Prices published on this website are indicative starting rates for a standard scope and exclude taxes. Every project is confirmed by a written quote setting out deliverables, revision rounds, timeline and payment terms before work begins. Where a written quote and this website differ, the written quote governs.
3. Pricing may vary
Design and production pricing is not fixed for all time, and we would rather say so plainly than surprise you later. Published rates may differ from your final quote for any of the following reasons:
- Market and input costs. Paper, board, ink, substrates, print finishing, courier and freight rates move with the market. Print and packaging quotes reflect supplier pricing at the time of quoting and may be revised if costs shift materially before the job goes to press.
- Client inputs. Our rates assume you supply content, images, brand assets and approvals. Where we write copy, source or shoot imagery, redraw supplied artwork or rebuild files provided in unusable formats, pricing will be higher than the published rate.
- Scope and complexity. Additional samples, extra revision rounds, added pages, extra SKUs, more languages, more formats or a compressed deadline all change the price. Add-on sample charges are stated alongside each service on the pricing page.
- Third-party costs. Advertising spend, domains, hosting, font licences, stock assets, plugins, app store fees and printing are billed at cost or paid by you directly to the supplier, and are separate from our fees.
- Currency and location. International projects may be quoted in GBP, USD, EUR, AED or SGD at the prevailing exchange rate. Rates are set at the time of quoting.
- Taxes. GST or equivalent applies as required by law and is shown separately.
No change in price is ever applied without your written agreement first. If a revised cost is needed mid-project, we stop, tell you why, and wait for your approval before continuing.
4. Revisions
The number of revision rounds included is stated in your quote and, for standard items, on the pricing page. Additional rounds, extra samples or expanded scope are quoted separately. Revisions mean refinement of an approved direction; a change of direction after approval is new work.
5. Timelines
Timelines assume content, images, approvals and feedback arrive when agreed. Delays in client inputs move the delivery date by at least the length of the delay. Our two-day website builds specifically require content to be ready and scope agreed in writing before the clock starts.
6. Payment
Unless your quote says otherwise, projects begin on receipt of an advance and the balance falls due on delivery of the final approved files. Print, media spend and third-party purchases are payable before the order is placed with the supplier.
7. Ownership and source files
On full payment, ownership of the final approved deliverables transfers to you, and editable source files are handed over in the formats stated in your quote. Working files, discarded concepts and unselected routes remain ours. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing unless you ask us in writing not to.
8. Print production
Colour on a printed piece can differ slightly from what you see on screen, and small variations between print runs are normal in commercial printing. Where colour accuracy is critical we will recommend a physical proof; approving artwork without a proof accepts that tolerance. Once you approve artwork for press, changes are a new job.
9. AI-assisted work
Some deliverables are produced with the help of generative AI tools, always under human art direction and with a final human pass. We will tell you when AI has been used, advise on disclosure expectations in your market, and flag any usage-rights considerations we are aware of. Responsibility for how published material is labelled in your jurisdiction rests with you.
10. Confidentiality
We treat all client and partner information as confidential and will sign your NDA on request. Partner and collaboration work is never published or attributed to us without written permission.
11. Cancellation
If a project is cancelled, work completed to that point is payable, and any third-party costs already committed on your behalf are payable in full. Advances cover work performed and are non-refundable to that extent.
12. Liability
We take care to get things right, but our liability for any project is limited to the fees paid for that project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for content, claims, trademarks or data supplied to us by you.
13. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. The version in force is the one published here on the date your quote is issued.
